Chronic care that keeps going between visits.
PulsiCare lets your clinic monitor hypertension and diabetes patients at home. We supply the FDA-cleared devices. Readings reach your care team automatically, reviewed by the staff you already have.
Clinical time is tracked as it happens, Medicare-approved CPT codes are prepared each month, and charges push into your existing Epic system through our integration partner.
Blood pressure cuff
Supplied by us. Your staff pair it with the PulsiCare app before the patient leaves.
Glucose meter
Supplied by us. Readings transfer to the app at the time of the test.
Weight scale
Supplied by us. Daily trend data for every patient on the programme.
Three steps, run by the staff you already have.
Enrol the patient
Identify eligible chronic-condition patients, obtain consent, and give them a device.
We provide the FDA-cleared cuff, meter and scale, so your clinic has nothing to source or keep in stock. Your staff pair the device with the PulsiCare app during the visit, so the patient goes home with it already working.
They measure at home
Readings from the cuff, meter or scale transfer through the app on their own.
No manual data entry. Readings are attributed to the patient record as they arrive, so the days of transmission are counted accurately for billing.
Your team reviews and gets paid
Doctors and nurses review readings, write care notes and message patients.
Clinical time is tracked as your team works. At month end the qualifying Medicare-approved CPT codes are prepared and pushed into your Epic system through our integration partner.
Your team sees the trend, not a single snapshot.
A reading taken in clinic shows one moment. Readings taken at home, most days, show how a patient is really doing. Your doctors and nurses review them in the browser, write care notes, and message the patient when something needs attention.
Every review is timed as it happens, so the clinical minutes that Medicare reimburses are recorded while the work is being done rather than reconstructed at month end.
A programme that supports the practice, not just the patient.
Recurring revenue
Medicare reimburses remote monitoring monthly, per enrolled patient. The programme becomes a predictable revenue line that grows with your chronic-condition panel.
Better chronic-condition care
Instead of one reading every few months, clinicians see how blood pressure and glucose behave at home, and can act between appointments.
Minimal staff burden
No new hires and no workflow rebuild. We ship the devices, your staff set them up during the visit, and review sits alongside the rounding your team already does.
The charges are calculated for you.
Move the sliders to see which Medicare-approved codes a patient qualifies for. PulsiCare evaluates this per patient, per month, and prepares only the codes that qualify.
Device supply requires at least 16 days of readings in a 30-day period.
Review, care notes and patient communication, timed as your team works.
Reimbursement amounts are set by Medicare and vary by region and payer. PulsiCare prepares the charge and pushes it to Epic through our integration partner; your clinic remains responsible for submission.
Built for protected health information.
We are glad to walk your compliance or IT reviewer through our controls before you enrol a single patient.
Our HIPAA policies and security controls have been reviewed by Medcurity
The review covers our written policies and the controls behind them. The report is available to your compliance reviewer on request.
Built on HIPAA-eligible AWS infrastructure under a signed Business Associate Agreement
Patient data stays inside that environment. The agreement is in place before any clinic enrols a patient.
Role-based access control, so staff see only the patients in their care
Every record view and edit is written to an audit log your administrators can review.
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest
Readings travel from the device through the PulsiCare app over an encrypted connection to our platform.
Our HIPAA policies and security controls have been reviewed by Medcurity. The report and our supporting documentation are available to your compliance reviewer on request.
Who we are, and how the details work.
PulsiCare is built by RA Asset Solutions for clinics that want to run a monitoring programme properly, with clean data, honest billing and documentation a reviewer can follow. We work directly with the practices we serve, and we share compliance documentation, integration detail and pricing openly during evaluation.
Devices arrive ready, and stay accounted for.
We supply the FDA-cleared cuff, meter and scale. Your staff pair each device to the patient in the clinic, and it is recorded against that patient by serial number, so there is never a question about which device produced a reading.
Which conditions is this used for?
Chronic conditions monitored with a home device. Most commonly hypertension and diabetes, with weight tracking where it is clinically relevant.
How does billing work?
PulsiCare counts the days of transmitted readings and the clinical time your team logs, then prepares the Medicare-approved CPT codes each patient qualifies for that month. Codes that do not meet their requirements are not billed.
How does it reach Epic?
Prepared charges push into your existing Epic system through our integration partner, so billing staff work from the record they already use.
Who provides the devices?
We do. PulsiCare supplies the FDA-cleared blood pressure cuff, glucose meter and weight scale, so your clinic does not buy, stock or maintain hardware. Which devices a patient receives is decided by the clinic, based on the conditions being monitored.
Does my team need new staff or new software?
No. Review happens in the browser alongside your existing workflow, and enrolment can be handled by the staff you have today.
Who do we talk to during evaluation?
You speak with our team directly. Compliance documentation, integration detail and pricing are shared openly before you enrol a patient.
See it with your own patient panel in mind.
A demo runs about thirty minutes. We cover how enrolment works, how your team reviews readings, and how the monthly billing cycle would run in your practice.
